We are currently looking for sponsors for the 2024 summit, travel for speakers and meals. Please read the information below and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Sponsorship Levels

General sponsorships will cover general summit expenses, including but not limited to: food, facilities, translation equipment etc. *The funds received will be used to cover summit expenses, and any additional leftover funds will be used to support teaching, research, outreach and student activities of the University of Arkansas Department of Poultry Science.
Sponsorship levels will be recognized on the symposium website and in the conference program and abstract booklets if the application is received before the deadline date.

Diamond Sponsor - $5,000

Benefits: Company logo linked to company website on meeting webpage noting sponsorship level, company logo printed in program book noting sponsor level, and digital signage with logo at event. Option to have a display table at the event.

Gold Sponsor - $3,000

Benefits: Company logo linked to company website on meeting webpage noting sponsorship level, company logo printed in program book noting sponsorship level, and digital signage with logo at event. Option to have display table at the event.

Silver Sponsor - $1,500

Promotion Sponsor - non-monetary sponsorship

The promotion sponsorship is for those that wish to help us spread the word about our summit. If you’d like to sign up to receive promotional materials to send to your employees and/or stakeholders via email, then this is the sponsorship for you!

Why sponsor this event?

The 2024 International Avian Influenza Summit is the first of its kind, and it is located in one of the most beautiful cities in the country! Northwest Arkansas is the poultry capitol of the world, with five of the eight largest poultry companies located within a 50-mile radius of Fayetteville. We boast natural beauty with plenty of attractions and things to experience! Check out some of the activities below for participants to do while visiting our gorgeous town!
